📦 Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The wrong item was delivered.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or customized embroidery orders

• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

• Sale or discounted items

💰 Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Store credit (depending on the case).

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
